The breach resulted in the permanent loss of essential music materials, choreography sequences, and production content, making it impossible to deliver the high-quality performance fans expect and deserve. Despite the tireless efforts of cybersecurity professionals and the artist’s production team, the damage has proven irreparable in time for the event.

All ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically to their original method of payment.
